Making Cookies
Maria likes to make chocolate chip cookies with her mom. They make them on Saturdays. They go to the grocery store in the morning to buy the ingredients. They buy flour, eggs, oil, milk, sugar, vanilla and chocolate. In the kitchen, they mix the ingredients together in a bowl. They make it smooth and then add the chocolate. Maria likes to use big chunks of chocolate. They use a spoon to put the mixture on a cookie sheet, so they have the perfect size. The big chunks of chocolate melt and taste so good. They bake them for about 12 minutes. Maria likes it when they come out soft and chewy.
