Some Extra Money
Jimmy sells newspapers to get extra money. He rides his bicycle and delivers the papers every day after school. On Sunday, his dad wakes him up very early and takes him in the car. He doesn’t think it is a good idea for him to ride his bike so early in the morning. It is still dark outside when they have to deliver the papers. He makes extra money so he can buy games or go to the movies with his friends. He likes to go to the movies and buy a big bag of popcorn and a soda. His mom and dad are happy that he delivers the paper. His job teaches him to be responsible. They are proud of him.
